Refund policy.

If you bought The Curious Cat or Twelve More Toys and decided it isn't for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questionnaires, no “please tell us why.”

1. Write to mathews@kittyclan.com or use the contact form.
2. Tell us the email address you bought with — that's how we find the order. (You can skip the reason. We mean it.)
3. We'll process the refund within two working days. The money usually lands back on your card within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Once a refund is issued, we revoke access to the digital reader and any associated downloads. The PDF copy you've already saved is yours to keep — we're not the kind of studio that demands deletion. We'd just rather you have a book you genuinely use.

After the 30-day window we can't offer automatic refunds, but if there's a real problem — the file won't open, your purchase email never arrived, an instruction is wrong — please still write to us. We'll always make it right.

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please give us a chance to fix things directly. A simple email is faster for everyone, and we've never said no to a polite refund request inside the window.
